Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
